La pâte mate Northern Lights a été créée à partir de notre amour pour la texture et les looks naturels dans l'industrie des soins capillaires. Ayant commencé ma carrière dans l'industrie des salons, créer un produit comme celui-ci a toujours été un objectif pour moi. Je crois sincèrement que nous comblons un vide entre les produits sains faits maison et les produits de laboratoire cosmétiques à base de produits chimiques. Nous faisons toujours le travail en gardant à l'esprit la santé des cheveux et du cuir chevelu. Pour de meilleurs résultats : Northern Lights doit être appliquée sur cheveux secs. Le produit reste malléable toute la journée et s'élimine à 100 % avec un shampooing.

Probably better for other hair types

My hair is a thin asian type (very straight and stubborn) with very little volume when not done, using the paste in both towel dried damp hair and already blown dry hair gave me the same result. The first 30 minutes it would hold and give me what I intended, but after that my hair falls flat.

Scoop is a bit hard but nothing horrible, product is dry and gives a good matte finish. Pretty easy to apply too, no tugging. Washes out easy too. Unfortunately doesn't seem to be meant for my hair type, so if your hair is different to mine you'll probably have a better result.

Fabulous texture, volume, and hold!

Shear Revival Northern Lights Matte Paste is now my favourite styling product for my pixie cut. The paste spreads out in my hands in preparation for application and is able to be worked through the hair without being overly sticky, yet is dry/grippy enough that it provides excellent texture, volume, and hold. My hair is fine and this paste helps it to look and feel thicker and retain its shape. Later in the day, as well as the next morning, I'm able to run my hands or a comb through my hair and restyle it, sometimes adding a touch more paste and sometimes not, depending on how many days' worth of paste I have in my hair. Also, a shout-out to Top Of The Chain's excellent customer service: Upon the second or third use after arrival, the glass jar broke as I was unscrewing the lid, and after contacting the company to let them know, I received a prompt and courteous reply and within a couple of days a brand new jar had arrived. Very impressive, and I will definitely be ordering again once I get low on the paste. :)

Great product, very light scent for those like me that don’t want something strong and cloying, fast delivery and a great value. I replaced B and B Sumotech with this. Half the price for twice the amount of product. Great find
