Martin de Candre | Savon à raser Fougère 200 g

It’s a great scent, very refreshing and does a great job gliding while shaving 🪒 I love this product and I would recommend it to anyone who takes shaving to the next level.

I’ve been using Martin de Candre Fougère for some weeks now, and it’s the best shaving soap in my den. It lathers easily with a small amount, producing a dense, stable lather with excellent glide and protection.

Although pricey, I know the 200 g jar will last me a long time, making it very economical per shave. If I had to keep only one soap, this would be it (or one from the Martin de Candre collection), without a doubt.

As far as performance, this is the soap that I'll be comparing all others against. It lathers up easily, retains an amazing amount of water and lubricates the shave like no other. It doesn't have that greasy kid stuff that makes your SR stick and leave that gooey mess behind. My skin is left feeling fresh and clean. By far my favorite shaving soap that I've tried so far. Very impressed!

This is my third MDC soap, and like the other two, it makes great lather and the face feel post-shave is amazing. It is on the expensive side, but it is a hard puck soap that will outlast two tubs of croaps.

The scent is incredible and the price is a bargain if you consider cost/shave. This jar can last you over a year of daily use and produces a slick, dense and high volume lather with no effort.
