Sometimes, I shave at night and don't want a scent. This is precisely what I was looking for.

As much as I like fragranced aftershaves --- and I do wear them for myself, not to get 'compliments' --- they can be too much if you prefer not to attract attention. Hence my relief at the availability of liquid aftershaves that don't have any scent, leaving me with the option of applying as much or as little of whatever scent I feel like using, and that also contain alcohol and thus have an antiseptic function. It's not true, in both my experience and recent research, that it dries the skin unduly. The Stirling Soap version does the job, and the price is in line with similar offerings from other brands. I've been through more bottles of it than I can recall.
