Vintage Seaforth enjoyed over four decades of success before halting production in the early 80s. Sadly, there were no new Seaforth scents released in the 80’s, 90’s or 00’s.
But what would they have been like?
Surely Seaforth would have focused on the key trends of the era, just as vintage Roman Spice did in 1968.
Our rendition of Roman Spice was developed by Shawn Maher (of Maher Olfactive and Chatillon Lux) to imagine a fresh Seaforth scent from the Gen X / Millennial generation.
Perfumer’s Note: In resurrecting this scent from the 1960s, we envisioned how the trends of "fresh" scents have evolved over the decades. The assertive citrus and lavender of the 1980s, the evolution into the airy and aquatic transparency of the 1990s to the beachwood notes of the 2000s and beyond. So the modern Roman Spice takes a tour through all three of the most iconic fresh notes from each decade, creating something wholly unique yet totally nostalgic. It's wearable for any occasion, always pleasant and welcome.
Scent Notes Include: bergamot, apple, citrus, jasmine, lavender, aquatic, beachwood, incense and white musk.
