Our tip: If your shave hasn't gone well (irritated skin, a few nicks, micro-cuts), to avoid the burning sensation of alcohol, simply put a few drops of aftershave in the palm of your hand and rub your hands together to warm the lotion. This will evaporate the alcohol before you gently pat it onto your cheeks. This way, you'll get all the benefits of the glycerin and essential oils without the stinging sensation of alcohol.
For even more freshness after shaving, you can keep your barber's lotion in the refrigerator and only take it out before use.
